Event description

Workshop Overview

Wellbeing is no longer an optional extra—it is a critical factor shaping education, health, workplace performance, and community outcomes. Yet researchers and practitioners often lack consistent, evidence-based tools to measure and evaluate what truly drives wellbeing.

This interactive half-day online workshop introduces the Universal Wellbeing Model (UWM) and its companion Universal Wellbeing Evaluation Tool (UWET)—developed from 16 years of research. Together, they provide robust, evidence-informed frameworks to embed wellbeing into research, policy, and practice.

Who Should Attend

  • Researchers seeking reliable frameworks to strengthen studies.

  • Evaluators & policy analysts working to assess impact.

  • Academics & postgraduate students applying wellbeing measures in projects.

  • Practitioners who value evidence-based approaches.

What You’ll Gain

  • Deep understanding of the Universal Wellbeing Model and its evidence base.

  • Practical guidance on applying the Evaluation Tool in research and evaluation.

  • Implementation science skills to integrate wellbeing into projects, policies, and organisations.

Why Attend

This workshop offers you the opportunity to connect research with real-world application. You’ll walk away with proven frameworks and practical resources to measure wellbeing in ways that inform policy, improve practice, and drive meaningful change.
