Our special room is crafted for deep introspection. We've thought of every detail to ensure your comfort: from the cozy wall and ceiling heaters that perfectly regulate the temperature, to the special soft mats, bolsters, and cork blocks that support you completely. You only need to bring your favorite blanket and an eye cover to deepen this incredibly personal experience.

Your Well-being is Our Priority

Your safety and comfort are incredibly important to us. Please take a moment to read the following:

  • For everyone's safety, this session is not suitable if you have epilepsy, undergone a DBS procedure, active cancer treatment (not in remission), have a terminal or advanced illness.

  • If you are pregnant (at any stage) or wear hearing aids/monitors, we ask that you maintain at least a 2-meter distance from the instruments.

  • There are special adjustments and alternative comfortable positions to ensure you can still safely receive the benefits of the session. Just let us know beforehand!

  • If you've had a fever in the last 24 hours, we kindly ask you to reschedule for a future session. This ensures you'll receive the maximum benefit without an overly intense detoxification process.

  • A safe and nurturing space is core for everyone to thrive. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.
