Event description

Join ADHD coach Jen Lewis for a practical, science-backed workshop on Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD).

Dr William Dodson gave us the what, Jen builds on this work with the groundbreaking understanding of the why and how, in order to finally understand fully what is happening in the brain and body, and develop out of this painful trait.

For anyone that wondered why they suffer emotionally in this way and would like to validate the internal experience with a full understanding of what is happening, this workshop is for you!

Learn what drives RSD, why ADHD brains are more sensitive to rejection, and how to build capacity to regulate with actionable strategies that go to the root of RSD, not just surface level band aids.

This workshop blends neuroscience, ADHD expertise, and real-life insights to give you a clear, practical path to:

  • Understand and shrink the impact of RSD

  • Shift from people-pleasing and perfectionism, to living a life with healthy boundaries

  • Build confidence, emotional understanding, and self trust

  • Replace learned helplessness with empowered choices

You’ll leave with a personalised RSD toolkit and strategies you can use immediately to work dynamically with ADHD and RSD.

🔑 The Keys:

  • A deeper understanding of RSD origins and ADHD brain wiring

  • Insights on the overlap of trauma, rejection sensitivity, and emotional regulation

  • Practical, hands-on exercises to reduce emotional overwhelm

  • Tools to create ease and emotional capacity in your daily life

Jen links expert research, client stories and RSD game changers, and her own profound shifts from deeply embedded RSD to working fully with it, freeing herself from its body-based responses. Her work brings both science and heart together to create an engaging, practical, and transformative session.

There will also be a replay if you can't make it live.
