Join Lucy for a rare and powerful immersion into the sound of Aum- its meaning, vibration, and the subtle realms it reveals- through the lens of Vedic chanting and the Mandukya Upanishad. This is not your typical yoga workshop, but a deep dive into the heart of sound and silence, blending gentle movement, breath, mantra, and stillness.

Guided by a classical Hatha Yoga lineage infused with tantric and Upanishadic wisdom, Lucy shares her passion for sacred chant and somatic awareness to awaken deep presence and inner insight.

The session will include led active and receiving chanting, guided yoga movement practice, followed with another active and receiving chanting.

A unique experience not often offered, this session will leave you feeling centred, spacious, and attuned to the eternal vibration that echoes through all of life.
