Hub Fest

Hub Fest is a free one-day interactive festival that explores the key themes of people, place and planet, as it relates to regeneration after the Black Summer Bushfires. Join us and engage in a range of activities at the Maldhan Ngurr Ngurra Lithgow Transformation Hub. 

• Academic presentations on resilient housing strategies and economics in a transitioning economy.
• Launch of the Lithgow Housing Strategy Paper.
• Industry presentations on sustainable energy and energy transition in the Lithgow LGA.
• Industry presentations on connectivity in the region, renewable and sustainable building materials, and alternate housing strategies.
• STEAM workshops.
• Art exhibition.
• Community art project.
• Creative writing workshops.
