Hugo Hamlet
About the show
Hugo Hamlet is a musician, painter, actor, philosopher and trained clown. The son of two ballet dancers, he grew up between Sweden, Australia and England, spent his childhood evenings watching West End shows, and sang as a boy chorister in the choir of St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle; where performances in front of the Queen were part of his job.
His solo shows are intimate and closer to stand-up than to a classic concert: songs, stories and a clown's love of both failure and joy and the inspiration of everyday life.
He has performed internationally throughout the UK with his solo show and played at Festivals such as Latitude and Mighty Hoopla. His TikTok and Instagram channel, where he shares music and musings on life, is followed by hundreds of thousands.
