Hum with Purpose research launch & workshop

Hum exists to enable people and organisations to Hum with purpose. We believe in the critical role that purpose plays in the lives of individuals and to enable a high performing organisation.

We have undertaken some research to test this hypothesis which has included interviewing business leaders from across NZ and a wider group who participated in an online survey and we want to share these findings with you.

We have gathered insights on the role that purpose plays in NZ organisations and the role it can play to help inform and guide organisations and people through change
