Human Rights Watch, in association with the Whitlam Institute, cordially invites you to an exclusive Roundtable Conversation with Carlos H. Conde, Senior Researcher at Human Rights Watch covering the Philippines.

Hear about his many years of work documenting former Philippine’s president Rodrigo Duterte’s crimes, which helped lead to his recent arrest and transfer to the Hague, and what the future looks like for the country.
