[Rescheduled] Human Skills for the Future: Practices for better life, work, and the world
Description
In an increasingly AI-centric world, there is no shortage of discussion about what the future will look, how much AI will be capable of, how fast it's moving, and what role humans will play in it.
Many are wondering what we might lose if AI can do much of what humans do. Some of that loss may already be happening quietly, gradually, and without us making a conscious choice about it.
In this session, we'll discuss what makes us human in the first place, along with what we could lose if we're not careful.
In this session, we will:
Review the forces encouraging us to offload our humanity to technology
Define the skills that set humans apart from machines and why it’s so important to not let these skills fade
Present ways you can use AI while not losing your humanity to it
Offer the opportunity to practice your human skills with us live
Leave you with ways you can continue to connect to and grow your unique human
When we remember and cultivate these skills, they can make us more healthy, more effective, more connected, and more alive in our work, our relationships, and the world.
Conscious Ground events are opportunities to not only learn and practice skills you can can put to use immediately, they're an opportunity to practice connection: something proven to help you live a healthier and more meaningful life.
We look forward to seeing and connecting with you!
Hosted by Matty Stevenson, founder of Conscious Ground.
