Our Think Tank will provide an excellent opportunity to connect with other leaders passionate about championing and embedding digital accessibility within their organisations.
You’ll have the opportunity to hear from Andrea Boundy, UI & Visual Design Principal at Telstra, who will share insights from Telstra's journey toward embedding accessibility into design culture, highlighting practical strategies, and leadership lessons for design teams of all sizes.

Andrea Boundy is the Principal for UI and Visual Design at Telstra, where she leads a large creative team focused on delivering accessible and inclusive digital experiences across Telstra’s diverse customer base—from everyday consumers to enterprise clients. With a foundation in agency work spanning the not-for-profit and government sectors, Andrea has led multidisciplinary teams across continents on large-scale software projects for brands including the Cotton On Group, Audi, and the RSPCA. Her leadership is grounded in over a decade of accessibility-first design practice, combining strategic vision with hands-on expertise to champion inclusive design at scale.
