How to Redesign a Fulfilling Life

With Jess Nadeau, Digital Nomad & Ethical Business Analyst

In this session, you will learn how and why living the digital nomad dream has been possible for Jess. Inspired by our Sponge value Big Love Like Family, this session demonstrates what it can mean to give friends and family, work, community and ourselves, an equal amount of care and love.

Mindfully balancing all aspects of your life takes courage, compromises, patience… and a little bit of belief in magic. This means making decisions everyday to live your dreams, whilst keeping the most holistic life balance possible.

Hosted by Jess, a true digital nomad and proud member of the Sponge team. She will share her personal experience, challenges and motivations, and answer some of her “most-asked” questions (with enough time to answer your questions too!).

What does your dream life look like? We are certain you will find inspiration, and perhaps motivation, to redesign your life, from this month’s Humming Session.

What is Humming Sessions?

They are monthly lunch-and-learn sessions hosted for our team and our clients’ teams we all hum together even greater! It is hosted by Sponge over Zoom on the last Thursday of each month (excluding holidays), and we bring in an amazing guest speaker (like Jess!) to facilitate an important topic.

The Cost

Free for Sponge clients! You will have been sent a code to use at the checkout to make it so. Non-clients are welcome to attend by purchasing a ticket at the advertised price.

All funds generated through ticket sales are donated to our current Double the Goodness grant recipients. At present there are three:

Detour House Inc, a wonderful organisation that provides accommodation and care to women and girls in the heart of Sydney through two services – Detour House and The Girls Refuge.

Ocean Mind, a Victorian surf coast-based organisation, provides evidence-based therapeutic surf programs for young people with mental health issues, social isolation and disabilities.

Scriibed, an early-stage, female-founded business providing professional transcription and engaging vulnerable women in safe, secure, and flexible employment, wrap-around supports, and partnered programs.

It's because you are awesome!

It is only through the awesomeness of Sponge clients that we are able to help amazing impact organisations such as these. Together we are able to help amplify their brands, so they can do even more good in the world. On behalf of team Sponge, thank you for being awesome.
