Hunter Nexus
Event description
Business Hunter, in partnership with the University of Newcastle, is delighted to invite you to the next event in the Hunter Nexus series—a black-tie gala dinner celebrating 20 years of ResTech, a pioneering joint venture between the University of Newcastle and Ampcontrol, and the partnerships driving innovation throughout the Hunter region.
We're proud to announce that the Hon Ed Husic MP, Minister for Industry and Science, will join us as our keynote speaker. Minister Husic oversees both the Future Made in Australia Fund and the National Reconstruction Fund—two initiatives critical to the future of the Hunter Region.
ResTech bridges the gap between academia and industry, advancing cutting-edge technology and solutions that address some of the world’s most complex challenges, with a strong focus on supporting the clean energy transition.
This event promises to be a night of insightful discussions, networking, and celebration with business, higher education, and community leaders from across the region.Â
Join us for an evening dedicated to innovation, collaboration, and the impactful work that ResTech has contributed to over the past two decades. This is your opportunity to connect with thought leaders and trailblazers driving the Hunter’s future.
