This event offers a rare opportunity to delve into the inner workings of the service and gain a newfound appreciation for the dedication and expertise of the team.

Step inside the maintenance facility and get up close and personal with the helicopters that have become symbols of hope and salvation for countless individuals. Learn about the meticulous maintenance procedures that keep these life-saving machines in top condition, ensuring they're always ready to answer the call of duty.

But that's not all –  For a lucky few, you will have the chance to jump in the drivers seat of the flight simulator!

Don't miss this chance to go beyond the surface and discover the incredible work that goes into keeping Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service skies safe.

4:15 PM: Registration

4:30 PM: Westpac Rescue Helicopter Presentation and Tour - Flight Simulator and Facility tour.

5.30pm:  Networking & Flight Simulator (lucky draw) - get in the drivers seat of the helicopter flight simulator, experience the rush of piloting a rescue helicopter firsthand.

6:00 PM: HunterNet Updates - Stay informed about the latest developments and opportunities within the HunterNet community including new member welcomes and member updates.

6:30 PM: Wrap up

- Please wear enclosed shoes for the tour.

- Parking is available around the facility otherwise please park in surrounding streets for a 3min walk to the facility.
