Edith Piaf famously stated “…singing is a way of escaping. It’s another world. I’m no longer on earth…”.   In the closing  program of the 2024 Season, we invite you to escape the hustle and bustle of life; open your hearts and mind …  and sing!  Featuring the magnificent voice of Australian tenor, Andrew Goodwin, the program will feature reimagining's of cherished works by history’s greatest songsmiths: Dowland, Purcell, Handel, Britten, Korngold, as well as adaptations of the poetry of Goethe and Shakespeare.

With the Festive Season in full swing, gather your nearest and dearest, and take an afternoon to share with others the wonder of song, the spirit of togetherness and the joy of music. Following the performance, join the musicians for a glass of bubbles and festive treats.
