Join us at Huntlee Tavern for a night of great food, cold beer, and local flavour.
We're serving up five carefully crafted courses by our award-winning Head Chef Alex Johnson, each paired with a refreshing beer (TBC). Every ticket comes with a Tooheys care package on arrival – a little something extra to say cheers.

Braised pork belly, apple & fennel compote, potato fondant
Marinated chicken skewers, charred mango salsa, sriracha mayo
Chili-pineapple infused squid, squid ink aioli, pomegranate & rocket salad
Confit duck, sweet potato purée, prosciutto-wrapped asparagus, ginger-orange glaze
Salted caramel panna cotta, cookie crumb, toasted almonds
