Join us at Huntlee Tavern for a night of great food, cold beer, and local flavour.
We're serving up five carefully crafted courses by our award-winning Head Chef Alex Johnson, each paired with a refreshing beer (TBC). Every ticket comes with a Tooheys care package on arrival – a little something extra to say cheers.

1. Braised pork belly, apple & fennel compote, potato fondant
Beer pairing: Stone & Wood Radler
Light, citrusy, and a clean contrast to the richness of the pork belly.
2. Marinated chicken skewers, charred mango salsa, sriracha mayo
Beer pairing: James Squire Orchard Crush Cider
Bright, crisp and gently tart – matches the spice and sweetness in the dish.
3. Chili-pineapple infused squid, squid ink aioli, pomegranate & rocket salad
Beer pairing: Stone & Wood Pacific Ale
Tropical and hazy, it adds a juicy, refreshing edge to the bold flavours of this dish.
4. Confit duck, sweet potato purée, prosciutto-wrapped asparagus, ginger-orange glaze
Beer pairing: Kirin Ichiban
Clean, smooth and refined – this lager complements the savoury duck and citrus glaze.
🍋 Palate Cleanser – served before dessert
Kirin Hyoketsu Lemon
Crisp and citrusy vodka-based RTD made with natural lemon juice. The perfect refresher before dessert.
5. Salted caramel panna cotta, cookie crumb, toasted almonds
Beer pairing: Guinness Extra Stout
Dark, bittersweet and bold – a rich finish to a decadent desser
