Hut Building with Educated by Nature

We are excited to provide an incursion opportunity for home-school families. This unique event is tailored to provide an enriching nature-based experience for primary-aged students. The program is designed to complement a home school curriculum.

Building shelters connects students with their sense of identity and place, but also with concepts of history and science. Learning simple knot tying skills and building in teams, students explore basic tents from the early pioneers of Australia and engage in understanding of physics to make their own strong structure. 

This is NOT a drop-and-leave session. A parent or guardian must be present for the duration of the program.
