Viticulture Field Day - Vineyard Grafting & Replacement

Join Heathcote Winegrowers Association for an afternoon of discussion and demonstration on vineyard grafting and replacement.

Guest speakers include:

TONY HOARE - Grafting specialist, with many years of experience in the field.

KIM CHALMERS - Specialising in varietal diversity and the important of high health planting and successful vineyard renewal.                              

MATT VELLUTO (EE Muirs & Sons) - Consumables for infield grafting purposes and nutrition for re-establishment.

WAYNE McLAUGHLIN & KIM WALTERS (Long Reach Agriculture) - Steel vineyard post supplier.

JOHN ANZELOTTI (Ryset Tool Australia) - Showcasing latest tools for old vine removal and grafting operations.      

Commencing at 1pm at Colbinabbin Hall, Mitchell Street, Colbinabbin followed by in-vineyard demonstrations at Colbinabbin Estate Vineyard, 3311 Heathcote-Rochester Road, Colbinabbin.

Car parking at Colbinabbin Estate Vineyard is along the road frontage. Please wear sturdy, enclosed footwear as industry standard footbath procedures will be adhered to.

All welcome to join HWA for drinks and a sausage in bread at the close of the workshops. No other catering will be provided so please bring your own bottle of water.
