The 2026 HWEI Employee survey received 2277 responses from 19 participating organisations, resulting in one of the largest-ever datasets exploring the beliefs, attitudes and experiences of employees in the health & wellbeing sector towards inclusion for LGBTQ+ clients, consumers and patients in their organisation or service.
