Blend, Bite, Drink, Repeat! Funk Cider has been putting out some amazing hybrids like their Shiraz Stout & the famous Rosé Cider. But how do they really do it?

Get HANDS ON, TASTE BUDS READY and join in their hybrid process:

1.Research: Blend your drinks!
Blend away at your own leisure: beer with wine, beer with cider, beer with mead. We will have a selection of beers, wines, ciders and mead for you to test your flavour matching abilities.

2. Record your Learnings: Take notes of your blends, percentages and how flavours worked together or didn’t.

3. Learn the How To: Blending is fun and it is a great indicator of how the flavours will complement/contrast each other, but Funk Cider’s hybrids are co-fermented and that’s tricky business. Have a chat with our brewers about how we make them.

4. Take home your prize blend: You get to take home a squealer of your favourite blend.

All whilst enjoying small bites by funk 2.0! The venue will be open until 9pm and kitchen until 8pm if you choose to stay a little longer.

The event will be held at Funk Cider’s new 1000m2 production site which is also home to 100 yr old Shiraz vines and their second venue in the Swan Valley, funk 2.0.

Tickets include small bites & finger food by funk 2.0, made with seasonal and local produce. funk 2.0 is able to cater for dietary requirements, please contact the venue directly to advise of dietary requirements via marketing@funkcider.com.au
