Join me at dusk to the lulling sounds of mother ocean atop Kirra Hill, for a 12 hour group course over x4 Wednesday evenings.

We'll take a deep dive into all things birth, using guided hypnotherapy to support you on your pregnancy journey through the birth portal to meet your bubba. It's a complete antenatal course to help you and your birth partner prepare for many eventualities while feeling confident and empowered.

It's recommended to start hypnobirthing when you're 20-30 weeks pregnant to give you time to absorb and practise the self-hypnosis, relaxations and other effective techniques with your birth partner. But this is a guideline, if you feel called sooner, or if you find me later, do what feels right!

On the course you'll receive:

beautifully designed Parents' Handbook including printed relaxation scripts
The Hypnobirthing Book by Katherine Graves (paperback and pdf)
audio relaxations
personal hypnobirthing support and guidance from me
pregnancy nibbles and drinks
a WhatsApp group with all your fellow pregnant duos and myself to support each other on your journeys

the logic of hypnotherapy for birth
altered states of consciousness
physiology of birth
relaxation techniques to support confidence in your body and your baby
reframing and releasing fear of birth
the importance of language and words
ways your birth partner can empower themselves and feel truly part of the birth
how to mentally prepare yourself for birth and physically prepare your environment and birth team
how to surrender to the process once birth and labour begins
how to make informed, evidence-based decisions
different birth locations
both medical and natural options

Please do see my other events for my weekly Friday Pregnancy Circle, also at Kirra Hill. Or get in touch with me if you'd prefer private 1:1 sessions with your birth partner in the comfort of your own home.

I've also included additional ticket options. You can also choose a private birth planning session with me (1.5 hours), a post-birth debrief session (1.5 hours), or both. For these additional private sessions I'll join you in the comforts of your own home. If you're my doula client, these are already included in our pre and postnatal doula sessions so don't select these options =)

A note on birth partners - your birth partner is whoever you have chosen to have at your birth by your side, so if you are a single mama or pregnant person, your birth partner doesn't have to be your baby's parent.
