ABOUT ME

My love for the strategic psychotherapy approach started when I wanted to improve in my then-management role. Rather than go the traditional route of signing up for a boring management course, I looked at alternatives. I realised some time ago that I can only control what I think and how I react to situations. At best I could only influence others and when I discovered this approach, I realised I’d found a language that resonated with my philosophy.

From personal experience, I know a strategic approach works. Everything’s a process. When you apply good steps, you see success. When you don’t…well that’s what we can work on.

I'm also a board member of the International Strategic Psychotherapy Association.

I specialise in changing habits (giving up smoking, weight loss), anxiety, phobias and IBS treatment and chronic pain management.
