Get ready to mark your calendars for an evening of self-love and creative experience with Art Possible Ohio's ReelAbilities Columbus Short Film Festival and a spoken word session on February 15th!

6:30PM - I am Irani (short film)
Film Description:
  Farhad, a well-known Iranian photographer, together with his wife Mahsa, decides to leave Iran due to difficulties faced back home. Farhad was born with a rare genetic disorder known as Treacher-Collins Syndrome (TCS), which affects the developmentof the facial structure. Although TCS has made Farhad stand out all his life, his ability to rise above all challenges is what sets him apart.

7:15PM -Open Mic Session with Cynthia Amoah
Following the film, Cynthia Amoah will lead an open mic session. The audience is invited to embark on n the journey of self-love, fighting for what one believes in, and self-identity through the power of spoken word.

About Cynthia: Amoah is a Ghanaian-American spoken word poet, national speaker, and teaching artist.

Fee: FREE but registration is REQUIRED 

Parking information: The Citadel has free parking on the street and a lot right across from building.
