Event description

A St Andrew's Wellbeing Centre program for Members.

This class is perfect for complete beginners—no experience needed.  It’s a gentle and fun way to move your body, relax your mind, and feel good.

In this class, we’ll combine simple music, easy stretches, slow movements, deep breathing, and guided relaxation. Everything is designed to be easy to follow, and you can go at your own pace. There’s no right or wrong—just listen to your body and move in a way that feels good for you.

We’ll also do light shaking exercises to release tension, basic yoga-inspired stretches, and calming breathing techniques to help you feel refreshed and relaxed. The goal is to shake off stress, boost your energy, and leave feeling lighter and more balanced.

Wear loose, comfy clothing and bring a water bottle. Everything else is provided.
