Event description

A St Andrew's Wellbeing Centre program for Members.

This class is perfect for complete beginners—no experience needed. It’s a gentle and fun way to move your body, relax your mind, and feel good.

In this class, we’ll combine simple music, easy stretches, movement, deep breathing, yoga postures and guided relaxation. Everything is designed to be easy to follow, and you can go at your own pace. There’s no right or wrong—just listen to your body and move in a way that feels good for you.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water. All other materials are provided.
