I KNOW WHAT I WANT...

...and it's to invite you to come and sip some music as presented to you by mrina with help from Miriam Ellins.

mrina is playing some of their songs from the past couple years on piano and organ. They are joined by their favourite djangle-pop master on guitar, a most fiddletastic (old-time quebecois) friend on fiddle, and seamstress-turned-one-half-of-the-best-duo-in-the-world repping both guitar and fiddle. Someone will be on shaker duty. Many vocal harmonies to come.

Miriam Ellins is an old high school friend and singer-songwriter from Bundjalung country. She grew up in the rainforest writing her first songs about ‘Bugs and Beetles’ and Koalas on her green ukelele. Now she writes Joni Mitchell, Adrianne Lenker inspired finger-style guitar tunes. She will be sharing some of these with you, with the help of Henry Smith on piano and vocals, to warm up the room.
