I'm Adopted Community Meet-up

Join us for an afternoon of connection and conversation for our upcoming I'm Adopted community meet-up.

This event is an opportunity for adoptees to come together, share their experiences, and meet others who are also part of our community.

📍 Location: Piwakawaka Room, The Pavilion, Hamilton Gardens
⏰ Time: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
What To Bring: Please bring a plate of food to share! To avoid double-ups, let us know what you’re bringing when you grab your ticket.

Conditions: This is a space for adoptees to connect with others who share similar experiences in a relaxed and comfortable setting. While this event is for adoptees, you’re welcome to bring a support person—just let us know when booking your ticket so we can plan for numbers.

Hosted by adoptees Alex Gilbert and Valentina Burgess from I'm Adopted, this informal gathering is a great opportunity to meet fellow adoptees, share experiences, and build new connections.

Tickets are free, but if you'd like to support I'm Adopted, you have the option to add a koha/donation when booking.

The location and setup do come with costs, so any contribution is always appreciated. Strictly No Alcohol (Hamilton Gardens is strictly not a BYO venue).
Please note that access to the gardens is separate and not included with this meet-up.
