IAA Annual Safety Training Event

This will be a 2-session safety training event for arboricultural professionals conducted by Sam Finco with Academy Trained. Sam Finco is a Board-Certified Master Arborist (BCMA WI-1144B) from Wisconsin who has been practicing tree care for the last 13 years. He currently works as a contract climber, Academy Trainer as well as providing his own clients professional tree first minded arboriculture. Sam is also a focused competition climber consistently training and pushing to do better, placing 9th at ITCC in New Zealand in 2025 and 7th in NATCC Ohio 2026. Sam also holds a Pesticide Applicator License and is First Aid/CPR certified.

The AM Session will be First Aid/CPR Training (4 Hours) with certificate. The PM session will be Electrical Hazard Awareness Training (4 hours) with certificate. These are individual sessions which will require individual registration to attend.
