We'll walk through a clear distinction between a chatbot (you ask, AI answers), automation (a trigger runs predefined steps) and an AI agent (given a goal, AI works out the steps and uses tools to get there). Using Make, we'll demonstrate one simple, relatable workflow plus a short example of Gemini Gems as a specialised assistant. No coding required, and everything used today runs on a free account, so there's no cost barrier to trying it out.
