08:15 – Registration

08:45–10:15 – Session 1: Business Management Internal Assessment (IA), with practical guidance on supporting students and strengthening the Business Research Project.

10:15–10:30 – Coffee break

10:30–12:00 – Session 2: Business Management Internal Assessment (IA), continuing the practical focus on student support and the Business Research Project.

12:00–12:45 – Lunch provided by Tanglin Trust School

12:45–14:15 – Session 3: The new Business Management Extended Essay — subject-specific guidance and a detailed focus on the new assessment criteria.

14:15–14:30 – Coffee break

14:30–16:00 – Session 4: Paper 3 (HL) — practical preparation using Bettr Coffee and Dignity Kitchen as social-enterprise case studies, plus resource sharing.

Participants will exchange ideas, resources and good practice with fellow IB Business Management teachers. Everyone will receive an updated bumper pack of Business Management resources for immediate use with their students.
