Who can attend this event?

Anyone interested in the International Baccalaureate Visual Arts Diploma Program.

How do the tickets work?

Each ticket purchased grants you 1 login to the online event; registered to the email address provided at checkout.

Login access details will be emailed to all registered participants one week prior to the event.

I am a teacher with multiple students/staff wishing to attend. How do I buy tickets for my group?

Simply enter the quantity of tickets required for each person wishing to attend.

During checkout, you’ll be asked to enter the registration details for each attendee.

Each attendee will require a unique email address, as this is how you will login & access the event later.

Can I share my login?

No, each login is specific to the email address registered for each ticket at checkout.

Can I use a shared email address?

No, each attendee requires their own unique email address.

What do I need to participate?

To participate in this online event, you will need:

• A device to watch & listen online
• A reliable internet connection
• Email address to login
• Some art making materials (materials lists provided OR kits can be purchased through Zart). Kit lists provided closer to the date.

What is your privacy policy for students attending this online event?

This event is presented in a live online webinar format. All sessions are streamed live for participants to watch & listen online.

There are no microphone or camera options for students/participants.

Participants can engage with presenters through moderated Live Chat and Q&A posting functions, and by following along with live art making demonstrations.

What is your privacy policy regarding student/personal information?

The information collected during registration is collected by Humanitix and shared with Victoria and Tasmania IBDP Visual Arts & Zart Art pty ltd to be used solely for purposes relating to management of this event.

No personal or student information is shared with any third-party or used for marketing purposes at any time.
