Insurance Council of Australia’s 2024 Annual Conference

Event description

The Insurance Council of Australia’s 2024 Annual Conference returns this year on Wednesday, 16 October at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre.

Bringing together industry leaders, regulators, and commentators from the international and domestic insurance industry, the ICA’s conference will take a deep-dive into the key opportunities and challenges facing our sector.

Tickets to the ICA’s conference includes lunch and networking drinks following the formal proceedings.

Building on last year's successful format, the main plenary sessions in the morning will be open to the entire audience, with the afternoon reserved for a series of breakout sessions. This format allows attendees to select sessions in the afternoon that are most relevant to them, with the opportunity to make your selection when you purchase your tickets.

Seats are limited for the breakout sessions so it’s important attendees get in quick so they can attend their preferred breakout sessions.

The content

Our conference will delve into critical industry topics, including the global insurance market, insurance affordability and availability, insights from regulators, the findings from recent reviews, the cost of fraud, the unique risk profile of Queensland, public liability insurance, and building industry trust and reputation.
