Event description
Become an Icebreaker and discover the power of breath and ice. It's said that plunging into cold water, is a mental health powerhouse releasing endorphins and dopamine. It can make you fell like you're on top of the world.
Our crew is here to support you and we'll take you through breathing techniques to help with wellness and stress responses along with protocols for before, during and after your cold plunge. *Please check before you purchase a ticket that you can undertake this group session with the details below and you will also need to complete the waiver before the event - the ticket has the link to this.
What you will need:
A towel, a yoga mat (or you can use your towel) and warm clothes. We'll be on rain or shine!
*You are unable to participate if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, pregnancy, recent surgery, a neurological disorder or any other conditions that may be adversely affected by participating in cold exposure.
