ICEMUNITY is a friendly & motivating environment for people to experience the transformational benefits of cold therapy on a weekly basis.

ICEMUNITY will lead you on a breath, sound & cold journey that will push your limits and leave you feeling alive and revitalized.

We are here to normalize doing hard & challenging things with friends, this is not a competition ground. Ice baths are our way to connect with others and most importantly connect with self.

The most important thing we can do is to put our body in the best possible state for it to heal itself.

Location: End of Brett Ave, Takapuna, Auckland.

When: We have 3 x 60 minute slots. Book your time slot and arrive on time. 7:45am-9am, 9am-10am, 10am-11am.

What do I need to bring: a beach towel, togs/swimmers, an open mind, a mug for a complimentary tea and a warm layer for afterwards. (optional)
