10:00 AM- 12:00 PM I Smilow Multipurpose Room 1-03

The Individual Development Plan (IDP) course is for postdoctoral scholars who are at the beginning or middle of their tenure. Participants will have the opportunity to evaluate their own values and interests as they relate to their professional careers. Then, they will be introduced to four career tracks that have been identified for PhDs, For Profit Industry, Non-profit and Government, Communications and Academia. Trainees will be asked to identify skill areas they would like to develop.
