International Day of People with Disability - Adaptive Yoga & Coffee
Description
International Day of People with Disability: Adaptive Yoga and Coffee and Connection
Join ParaQuad Tasmania in Hobart to mark International Day of People with Disability with a morning of gentle movement, good coffee and great company.
We will begin with a relaxed adaptive yoga session, designed so that people of all abilities can take part, whether you use a wheelchair, a mobility aid, or simply prefer to move at your own pace. No yoga experience is needed. Everything can be adapted to suit you, and you are welcome to do as much or as little as feels right on the day.
Afterwards, we will head to Jam Packed Cafe for Coffee and Connection, a friendly, informal chance to meet new people, catch up with familiar faces and enjoy a complimentary coffee.
