Genuine connection, not just cards.
It was so refreshing to meet people without leading with our careers. We focused on who we are beyond our titles. Those conversations felt genuine and real.

No job titles, no pitches, no small talk. Just real conversation, a shared table, and the kind of connection that actually sticks. Welcome to In Good Company.
In Good Company is a Tampa Bay's curated evening experience for women who know the best business relationships don't start with an elevator pitch. They start with being genuinely seen. Come to connect. Leave with collaborators, client leads, and proof that professionals can also feel joy.

It's rare to be in a space where people are encouraged to show up as themselves, connect deeply, and leave feeling seen. I'd absolutely share this with someone else.
My favorite moment was getting real tips on how to build relationship with my team. Something so simple, but it really stuck with me long after that night
Everyone shared with a village mentality, building on each other's unique value in the conversation.

Fadaka George is the Founder of FDK Co., a Tampa Bay based cultural consulting company built on a simple but powerful belief: that the best connections, professional or personal, happens when people feel genuinely seen, not just tolerated. A Nigerian-American entrepreneur, speaker, and cultural connector, Fadaka has spent her career bridging gaps between cultures, communities, the professional, and the deeply human. Her work spans cultural competency coaching, corporate workshops, and keynote speaking, all anchored in her signature framework: Culture. Connection. Clarity. That same intention is behind every detail of In Good Company. From the room to the activities to the conversations you'll have, Fadaka has curated this evening to be exactly what she believes women's professional spaces should always be: intimate, genuine, and joyfull. As your EmCee, she'll set the tone, hold the room, and make sure the evening moves with the kind of energy that makes you forget you're networking at all. Welcome to the table. You belong here.
In Good Company was intentionally designed for women entrepreneurs, professionals, and creatives ages 24 and above in the Tampa Bay area. If you're building something, growing something, or looking for the right women to do life and business alongside, this evening was made for you.
