Ignite & Align - Sunrise Yoga, Breathwork, & Journaling on Tamarama Beach

RESCHEDULED FOR APRIL 5  Join me on the concrete slab on the South end of Tamarama beach for a sunrise flow that will embody the fiery New Moon in Aries energy. We will begin with some breathwork and meditation, followed by an energizing vinyasa flow, and wrap up with journaling, community connection, and a dip in the ocean if you please. :) BYO mat/towel & water bottle. If you would like to use your own journal, please bring it as well!  All levels welcome!
