Ignite Business Series: Oatlands Session 1

Know your customers and make the most of the digital world

Join us for our first of three Ignite Business Series sessions hosted by Middle Tasmania and featuring a presentation from The van Diemen Project with selected guest speakers. 

The first session is on the top of: Know your customers and make the most of the digital world, presented by The van Diemen Project, will focus on the importance of understanding your customers and operating a business in the digital age. Discover how to use technology and digital tools to build your customer relationships, increase loyalty and drive growth. You'll hear from experts in the field and have the opportunity to network with like-minded business people. 

Specifically, the session will cover:

  • Small business marketing basics
  • Identifying and reaching your customers
  • The power of partnerships and collaborations
  • Online safety in a digital world

The Ignite Business Series offers business owners, leaders and entrepreneurs in the Southern Midlands region a monthly business series event from February - April 2023 on a topic of interest, as voted by the business community. 

Supper and light refreshments will be provided. A limited number of tickets are available so registrations are essential.
