IGNITE is an immersive workshop inspired by the goddess Eos, who rises each morning with

the promise of a new beginning. It’s your moment to reclaim your energy, focus your attention,

and attract positive outcomes into 2025.

You’ll start with a cacao ceremony, setting intentions and opening your heart to possibility.

Then, dive into somatic art practices to release what no longer serves you and connect with

your inner self through movement and creative expression. Finally, craft your vision for the year

ahead with a collage vision board, translating your goals and dreams into a tangible, inspiring

visual.
