Join us in Golden Gate Park in this deeply relaxing outdoor experience on the longest day of the year in heart-presence and stillness to awaken your light within and celebrate in community the sacred shift into summer.

What to Expect:

Please arrive at 9:45 AM to set up your yoga and meditation cocoon.

Yoga and intention setting begins at 10 am, followed by a healing sound bath and meditation.

Bring:

Yoga mats
Blankets, pillow and anything to support your comfort for gentle yoga, intention setting, and to lay down for approximately 30 min. for the Sound Healing Meditation.
A journal or notebook & pen (for intention setting)
Water

Weather conditions in SF are highly variable! Please check the weather to be aware of the daily forecast, and be prepared with layered clothing in case of fog, or conversely, with sunscreen + protective shades in case of sun.

Location:

Look for us in the middle of the Chain of lakes meadow- near the parking lot (See map Below)

~from Lincoln Way, enter the park at 41st ave. which will become Chain of lakes Drive- turn right into the parking lot after the second Stop.

~from Fulton Street, enter the park at 43rd street, wich will become Chain of Lakes Drive- After the first stop, turn left into the pariking lot.

Parking: There is parking at the parking lot of Chain of lakes Meadow {371 Chain of Lakes Dr E, San Francisco, CA 94121}

Restrooms: Restrooms are located by the polo field South Restrooms {398 middle dr. W}

Your Hosts:

Christelle Ringuette — a heart-centered life coach, Reiki Master/Teacher, sound healer, and intuitive guide with over 20 years of experience. Christelle blends energy work, coaching, and sound healing to create sacred spaces where women can reconnect with their authentic selves, awaken the wisdom of their hearts, and transform their lives with courage, joy, and soul-led purpose.

She invites us all to Awaken the Heartist Within.

Malia Ford— has been dedicated to her yoga practice since 2019, completing a 200-hour teacher training at Sangha Hot Yoga Studio in Pacifica, CA, in the spring of 2024. While she specializes in Vinyasa, she is also certified in the 26&2 practice. Her Vinyasa classes are fueled by her deep love for music and movement, creating a dynamic and engaging experience. For Malia, yoga is a space to ground, reset, and play. She strives to share her passion with her students, inspiring them to leave class feeling supported, grounded, resilient, and powerful. She believes in the transformative power of connecting breath and movement, incorporating this principle into every class to benefit life beyond the mat. A Pacifica native, Malia now resides in the Outer Sunset District of San Francisco. Off of the mat, you can find her exploring the beach with her dog, hiking, or traveling to discover new places.
