Breathwork is ideal for people who can't 'quieten' their minds with traditional forms of meditation. Through a breathing technique that’s completely under your control, you shift into an altered state of consciousness.

This breathing technique shifts you out of your head and back into the NOW.

Jess is the founder of Sovereign Soul, a Sydney-based healing and well-being practice specializing in one-on-one and group sessions in Reiki, breathwork, and sound healing journeys. As a Reiki Master, Breathwork Facilitator, and Level 2 Sound Healer, Jess is passionate about guiding others on their path to balance, healing, and self-discovery.
