Welcome to a wonderful weekend of writing at Gungarra Gardens in granite country!

Your writing retreat ticket includes delicious and nutritious lunches, morning and afternoon teas for both Saturday and Sunday. We will be initially gathering on the Friday evening from 6-8pm, so please bring your own dinner along. On the Saturday evening there will be plenty of great dining options available in town.

You will need to separately book your own accommodation. Renowned as wine country with majestic granite boulders and outcrops, Stanthorpe offers a variety of accommodation options for all tastes and budgets that can be found on air bnb, and booking.com etc. Rejuvenating blue sky winters and inside fireside cosiness make for a popular season so best to book early.

Gungarra gardens has limited accommodation available including the option for camping. This will book out quickly so please contact Fiona directly on: 0408440481

Pack and dress for warmth and cold and if you have any dietary restrictions or other needs, please let us know asap. The only writing materials you'll require are pens, paper, journal, notebook etc. Ideally we'll escape digitalia and leave our devices behind but if you'd like to write into the evenings etc. or have any specific needs, it's fine to bring a laptop.
