A collaborative breathwork experience to soften, surrender and return to your soul essence

Come and join us for breath, presence and reconnection, a co-created space combining two powerful conscious, connected breathwork modalities, Holotropic and Rebirthing. Our intention is simple and sacred: to guide you home to yourself and your body’s natural ability to harmonise, heal and awaken. We believe in creating a safe and sacred environment for inner transformation that's deeply rooted in care.

Why breathwork?

Breathwork is an ancient, transformational practice that uses intentional breathing patterns to activate the body’s natural intelligence. Through the breath, we can release stagnant energy, clear emotional blockages, and open into expanded states of awareness and presence. This is where healing happens, not through force, but through surrender.

The Breath Styles We’ll Explore

 Holotropic Breathwork: A dynamic and rhythmic breathing technique that opens you into expanded states of consciousness. Holotropic breathwork allows unconscious material to rise to the surface, revealing repressed emotions, inner insights, and intuitive wisdom waiting to be seen, felt, and released.

Rebirthing Breathwork: A gentle yet deeply powerful practice that works with a connected breath pattern to release stored emotions, clear limiting beliefs, and reconnect with your true self. Rebirthing invites a softening of the nervous system, allowing healing to unfold physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

You’ll be guided and supported in choosing the breathwork modality that best meets you where you are.
