Free Parking: There are limited free parking spaces out the front of The Mercury along with one untimed disabled park. Wilsons Parking: 500m from The Mercury located on Hindley Street, Wilsons Parking City West offers $6 evening parking via their website. UPark Light Square: A 5-minute walk from The Mercury is UPark on Light Square which also offers a range of paid parking options, including evening parking for $8. Bus: Bus Stops X1 North Terrance and C1 Morphett Street are both located a less than 5-minute walk from the venue and service over 11 routes. Tram: The City West Tram Stop is just 200m from The Mercury’s door. Train: Adelaide Station is a 10-minute walk to The Mercury and connects to most train routes. Entry instructions

The workshop will take place in The Iris, the smaller cinema at the Mercury. Accessibility Note: The entrance to the Iris has three steps and is not suitable for people with limited mobility or wheelchair users. Please let us know if that will be an issue for you.

After entry instructions

Attendees generally enter through the main Mercury foyer/licensed bar area to access the smaller 36-seat cinema.

Hazards

Step-free access is available through the main entrance, suitable for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility. The entrance to the Iris has three steps and is not suitable for people with limited mobility or wheelchair users. Please let us know if that will be an issue for you.

There is an accessible unisex toilet available on-site.

Accessible parking

An accessible parking bay is located at the Morphett Street entrance to the Lion Arts Centre, directly outside the Mercury Cinema entrance.

No, so please be prepared. Bring your own lunch and snacks, or explore the several excellent options within walking distance on Light Square in Adelaide. Please remember to bring some water with you.
