IIDATN 2026 Design Awards Gala

The IIDA Tennessee Design Awards Gala is an annual celebration recognizing excellence in interior design across the state. This signature event brings together designers, industry partners, and students for an evening dedicated to honoring the most innovative and impactful projects in our community.

Through a juried awards program, projects are evaluated for creativity, functionality, and overall design excellence, showcasing the breadth and depth of talent within Tennessee. The evening combines inspiration and celebration—featuring project highlights, networking, and a dynamic atmosphere that reflects the energy of the design industry—while reinforcing IIDA TN’s commitment to elevating the profession and celebrating those shaping the built environment.

We’re accepting nominations for Member of the Year, Industry Member of the Year, and Student of the Year!

Help us recognize the best of the best—not only for the work they create, but for the passion, leadership, and commitment they bring to our industry and community. Our chapter thrives because of the people who show up, get involved, and make a difference. These awards are our opportunity to celebrate and thank them.

The Student of the Year Award recognizes an emerging designer who thoughtfully considers people and community in their work and demonstrates a strong connection to IIDA’s mission. We look forward to learning more about each student’s work, involvement, and passion for design.

Anyone in Tennessee’s design community may submit a nomination, and you do not need to be an IIDA member to participate. We simply ask that you nominate someone other than yourself.

Winners will be announced at the 2026 Design Awards Gala on Thursday, September 24, 2026.
