    What is TD School?

    TD School is a central pan university school bringing together transdisciplinarity to UTS teaching and learning, research and industry engagement.

    What is the Industry Innovation Project (IIP)?

    IIP is an opportunity to collaborate with some of UTS’s brightest students. Across 13 weeks (March-June), small multidisciplinary teams of final year Bachelor of Creative Intelligence and Innovation (BCII) students develop creative solutions to complex organisational challenges set by industry, community, and government partners. Across the duration of the project students work with partners to develop and validate creative solutions and interventions that address the problem space. IIP is a unique engagement experience for partners and students, consistently leading to mutual learning pathways and insightful outcomes.

    Engaging with IIP offers partners;

    • fresh perspectives and out-of-the-box thinking from TD students,
    • mutual learning, with students exposing your team/organisation to new methodologies and creative approaches to problem-solving, and
    • opportunity for new ways of working and connections to future talent.

    What is the Bachelor of Creative Intelligence and Innovation (BCII)?

    Radical in its ambition, this transdisciplinary combined degree offers a future-oriented, industry-engaged learning experience. The BCII combines students from 25 disciplines, equipping students to address complex challenges and untapped opportunities. BCII is the most awarded degree in Australia, most recently adding an International Green Gown for Next Generation Learning and Skills to it's portfolio. Ninety-five percent of the BCII integrates work-integrated learning through industry engagement that provides real challenges for students to tackle.
