This Teacher Training Course is designed for Yoga Teachers of any level of experience or style and is a great opportunity to up-skill. It is also open for curious students who perhaps aspire to become teachers in the future and would like a taster. Instructors of other disciplines, such as Massage Therapists and Fitness Trainers, are most welcome to join.

In this course you will learn:

To touch your students in a compassionate, effective and safe way for long-lasting and life-changing results.
To offer hands-on assists whilst simultaneously looking after your own body and energy to avoid burn out and/or injuries.
Basic anatomic principles to use for your assists to improve your students posture and keep them safe.
To offer targeted assists for the most commonly occurring injuries: back, hip/knee, shoulder and neck pain
How to see and feel energy (empathise) to increase the effectiveness of your adjustments
To use kinaesthetic, visual and audio ways of assisting whenever necessary as each human has different natural tendencies to receive information.

There will also be time for Q & A where you can ask your questions. Come up with plenty!

The price of this Training includes the 3 workshops.

Each of the 3 days includes:

8:30am-11:00am Workshop.

11:00am-12:30pm Lunch Break.

12:30pm-4:30pm Training. NB: We will finish at 5pm on the Sunday.
