As we leave the world behind, coming into a stillness to deep dive into your own inner sanctuary ~ your heart space. A much needed time to reconnect to our own essence of truth.

Our evening begins with a heart-opening Cacao Journey.  This sacred drink has been used for centuries to connect, heal, and deepen our intentions. Allow the cacao to nurture your soul and open your heart as we set sincere intentions for the new season.

Following the Cacao Journey, we will flow into a soothing Yin Yoga practice, designed to balance your energy and cultivate inner peace. Through gentle, restorative postures held for extended periods, you'll find space to unwind, let go, and prepare for the blossoming changes that an open heart can bring. Time to let some light in.
