10am - Vinyasa Flow w/ Fallon Lev @fallonlev

Our Vinyasa classes are a perfect balance between attention to alignment and a fluid and graceful flow. Connecting poses together and flowing with the breath creates a dance-like movement that builds heat in the body and calmness in the mind. After the initial warm-up, a creative sequence of standing postures and sun salutations will fill the majority of the class. Sequences include warrior poses, back bends and some basic balances and inversions. Each class ends with deep stretches and a relaxing savasana.

11:30am - Embodiment Explorations w/ Ariel Dubov @hydrolion & music by Jesus Gonzalez @amethystjesus

Embodiment Explorations invites you to connect deeply with your body through guided movement, sensory awareness, and live music. Led by Ariel Dubov, co-founder of IMBŌDHI and certified Acrolove teacher, we’ll practice tuning into the body with curiosity and attention to breath, creating a safe space for self-discovery and presence. Through periods of blindfolded practice, you'll heighten your senses and explore how your body feels and moves in new ways. Live music by Jesus Gonzalez will guide the experience, leaving you feeling more connected and attuned. No experience necessary—come as you are, ready to explore. Please bring a yoga mat.

1pm - Kirtan w/ Anna Mihalkina @anna6ananaa

Come together to sing in the spirit of devotion! Anchoring in the yogic practice of kirtan (call-and-response chanting of sacred mantra), this melodic group-mantra-meditation is an opportunity to connect to one's own heart and to the divine in the sanctuary of spiritual community. No musical experience necessary.
